Dear Michael First of all, I would like to thank you for an excellent services you and Tari Tours have provided through out the whole itinerary in Russia last month. I truly appreciate it.

I really like the great location of our Marriott Royal Aurora hotel in Moscow, my whole group enjoyed it so much during the Moscow's holiday week. Please kindly book the same hotel for all our Russia tours in the future.

My next Russia tour in 2017 will start from Thursday 24 August (arriving Moscow) and end Wednesday 06 September (leaving St Petersburg for Helsinki).

I'm very optimistic about our 2017 group since I have received many requests from new and repeated clients already. I only wait to receive your quotations. I do hope you will keep the same prices to help me get a larger group next year. Please try your very best to help me Michael!

We have just got back from our holiday in Russia and we
would like to thank you and your company for the lovely
holiday we had .
Everything was organised so well and all  the guides were
lovely. This helped us to have a great holiday.
We really liked all the sights and experiences in Moscow and
St . Petersburg .
We will definitely be recommending Tari tour to our friends.

One thing, the hotel in Moscow, was great and fabulous hotel. The St. Petersburg hotel staff was great, but I don't think it was up to the same par as the one in Moscow. The volume on the television would only go up to 15 (that was like next to nothing, could barely hear it) They did have English language channels, but it was hard to hear. The only other thing was that there was not a chair to sit in, just a desk chair, but not good for sitting and reading. Altogether the trip was wonderful and I was very very pleased with all the tour guides, drivers, transfers.  The Moscow tour guide was a 10+, just wonderful, very knowledgeable, really good discussions about Russian, politics culture, etc. St Petersburg guide is a 10, maybe not as knowledgeable as the Moscow tour guide, but very very helpful and enthusiastic about making sure we got to customize the trip.

The accomodations were wonderful, and close to many of the things we wanted to see. The guides were quite helpful, and had answers for all our questions about the sites. Zoya handled the several unscheduled closings and re-openings with an insider's knowledge of how tourism works in Moscow, so we missed nothing. Victoria, in St. Petersburg, showed us many interesting outdoor sites and churches (walking and by car) during the periods between our timed tickets. She took us to good lunch places and helped me find the only souvenir I wanted - a particular style of amber pendant. She suggested, and made reservations for, good dinner places near our hotel, making our trip even easier. She escorted us to and back from the two evening performances; long days for her. she was a real gem. We also appreciated that the ballet tickets Kensington purchased through Russian cohorts were much cheaper than the prices listed on the ballet websites for the excellent seats we received. I asked about the Mariinsky Ballet on December 2. On April 6, I was offered the Bolshoi and the Mikhailovsky, plus a great folkloric show, all of which we immediately purchased, since there was no website information for the summer Mariinsky schedule. I later found out that the Mariinsky summer tickets went on sale in April, but sold out quickly. However, the ballet was the only, very minor, hitch in what was a glorious trip of a lifetime. All in all the trip exceeded our expectations, from planning to execution.

I was very pleased with the organization of our trip to St. Petersburg, Berline and Amsterdam. Hotels in St. Petersburg were lovely. The room in Amsterdam was a bit small. The guides were good. We particularly enjoyed our guide in St. Petersburg, Tanya!! She is a bright woman and knows her history.

An excellent taster if you have never been to Russia before. It's pretty hectic as a lot is crammed in to just a few days, but I can't think of a better way of opening your eyes to what Russia has to offer. I recommend this tour, it had superb guides, good hotels and I can't really fault it in any way, other than it was just not long enough. Do this trip, and you are likely to want to go back.

Dear Nadiya, We are back from the trip to Russia which you planned for us, and we loved it! Thank you so much. The guides were wonderful. They knew so much and especially, Yelena, in St. Petersburg, was willing to tell us about her family and answer all sorts of questions we had about Russia. The driver with her, Vladimir, was an excellent driver so we had no concerns there. Alexander, the guide in Moscow, is an expert in Russian history, and he made it come alive. We would certainly recommend you and your company to anyone wanting to take a similar trip.

This is just a quick note that's to let you know that our guide was Anastasia and our driver was Stas . She was SPECTACULAR!!!!!!! When we arrive in new York we will send you a recommendation! To say that she was knowledgable and personable would be an understatement. She made our three days in St.petersburg one of the most memorable trips that we've ever taken. Thanks so much Danny.

Hi Nadiya, Just a word regarding the tour you arranged for the group. It was a complete success and the group was very happy with the tour. I must add that Dimitri, our guide, was excellent and he bent over backwards for us to see that all went well, even with the wheelchairs.

Firstly, apologies for not contacting you sooner. We want to thank you for the holiday we had in Moscow and St Petersburg at the beginning of October. Everything went very smoothly; the hotels were good and the guides that we had, Tatiana and Julia, were excellent. We loved both cities and have resolved to re-visit St petersburg again, as soonas possible. We would have no hesitation in recommending your company to others. Thank you again.

Dear Nadiya, We are on the train back to St. Petersburg this am. Everything has gone very smoothly throughout the trip and we have been fortunate with great weather the whole time (though a little warm for the locals!). Guides have been all exellent and quite varied as personalities, giving us a wide perspective. Thanks to you and the local connections for making this a fun and worry-free experience.

We were very pleased with the trip. Our guide in Moscow, Edward, was friendly and knowledgeable, but acted a little bit like we were a big group. He did his job, but not much more. Our guide in Dt. Petersburg, Leanna (sp?) was FABULOUS!!!. She was also friendly and knowledgeable, but went above and beyond.
