ITINERARY:

 

1st Day, Thursday

~15:00 – Arrival to Moscow, meeting with Mandarin-speaking guide and coach at the airport.

Moscow city tour.

You will drive along the famous embankments and streets of the historical city: the Boulevard and Garden Rings, Kutuzovsky Prospekt; You will see the Bolshoi Theater and the Manezh, Stalin's skyscrapers, the Arc de Triomphe, the golden domes of the Cathedral of Christ the Savior, the swan pond near the walls of the Novodevichy Convent, Sparrow Hills, the Moscow State University building, the Luzhniki stadium, modern skyscrapers of Moscow City and much more.

- Dinner at Chinese restaurant.

Transfer to the hotel 3* or 4*

Overnight.

 

2nd Day, Friday.

Breakfast at the hotel

09:00 – Meeting with Mandarin-speaking guide and coach at the hotel

Excursion to the Moscow Kremlin.

You will see Cathedral Square, an architectural ensemble of the Middle Ages: churches, the bell tower of Ivan the Great and outstanding works of Russian foundry art - the Tsar Cannon and the Tsar Bell, as well as the interiors of cathedrals.

- Lunch at local restaurant.

The Red Square + Alexander Garden walking tour.

You will see the multi-colored domes of St. Basil's Cathedral, the monument to Minin and Pozharsky, the Mausoleum of V.I. Lenin, State Historical Museum, monument to the great commander G.K. Zhukov, Lobnoye Mesto and the zero kilometer sign of Russia and take a walk through the famous Alexander Garden.

Excursion to the Tretyakov Gallery

The Tretyakov Gallery is a Moscow art museum, founded in 1856 by merchant Pavel Tretyakov and has one of the largest and most significant collections of Russian fine art in the world. Here you will see the originals of paintings familiar from childhood, feel the greatness of Russian culture and enjoy works of decorative and applied art from the 11th to early 20th centuries, accompanied by the best guides.

3rd Day, Saturday

Breakfast at the hotel

Transfer to Suzdal.

- Lunch at local restaurant.

Excursion to the village of Kideksha, an ancient settlement located near Suzdal. The pearl of Kideksha is the Church of Boris and Gleb, erected by Yuri Dolgoruky - a rare example of white stone architecture that has come down to us in its original form!

Transfer back to Suzdal.

Suzdal city tour - an open-air museum city with about 200 historical monuments, many of which have World Heritage status and are protected by UNESCO. Suzdal is one of the most beautiful Russian cities, located in the Vladimir region, the age of the city is more than a thousand years.

Excursion to the Suzdal Kremlin: the territory of the Kremlin and the architecture of the Nativity Cathedral, the Museum of Wooden Architecture 2 interiors, the Spaso-Evfimiev Monastery territory, a mini-concert of bell ringing.

4th Day, Sunday

Breakfast at the hotel.

Excursion to the Bogolyubovo village is the former residence of Prince Andrei Bogolyubsky, where in 1174 he was brutally killed by his entourage. Subsequently, the Holy Bogolyubsky Convent was founded here, which is currently operating.

Church of the Intercession of the Blessed Virgin Mary on the Nerl (architecture) - a white stone church built in 1165, a symbol of Russia as recognized by UNESCO. It is often called the “swan”, “candle” or “bride” because of its airy white stone appearance.

Transfer to Vladimir.

- Lunch at local restaurant.

Vladimir city tour. Once the largest capital of North-Eastern Rus', it was founded by Vladimir Monomakh around 1108. As part of the city tour, you will have the opportunity to see the Golden Gate (architecture), the Assumption Cathedral - one of the oldest churches, a shrine of the Orthodox Church, the walls of which were painted by the famous icon painters Andrei Rublev and Daniil Cherny. Demetrius Cathedral, built at the end of the 12th century by Vsevolod the Big Nest, is famous for its white stone carvings. The Museum "Crystal, Lacquer Miniatures and Embroidery" is a kingdom of glass, dedicated to the talented craftsmen of Gus-Khrustalny - the city.

Transfer to Moscow.

5th Day, Monday

Breakfast at the hotel.

09:00 – Meeting with Mandarin-speaking guide and coach at the hotel

Arbat street walking tour + shopping.

Arbat is a symbol of old Moscow. During the excursion you will get acquainted with the history and architecture of Arbat, its monuments and attractions, learn about the theater. E. Vakhtangov and the monument to Princess Turandot, the A. S. Pushkin Museum and the construction of the Foreign Ministry building.

- Lunch at local restaurant.

Metro tour.

A unique opportunity to hear a story about the Moscow metro, see its magnificent stations “Revolution Square”, “Komsomolskaya”, “Novoslobodskaya”, “Belorusskaya”, enjoy the unique architecture and mosaics unique to each of them, and understand why the Moscow metro is called “underground” palaces."

- Dinner at Chinese restaurant.

 

Optional tour: Moscow Circus performance. (Depends on availability).

One of the oldest circuses in Russia. The Moscow Circus was opened more than a hundred years ago, on October 20, 1880 by Albert Salamonsky. This is a magnificent venue that can accommodate two thousand people, a huge arena, the performance involves clowns, tightrope walkers, acrobats, trainers and a variety of animals: elephants, bears, tigers, horses, monkeys, dogs and even birds.
