Look at below photos. All of them are about Elbrus mount - the highest point of Europe - 5642m
Programs of climbing or ski-touring of Elbrus you can find on our site here
As we represent at least three variants of routes to the top - have a look at the Elbrus from three sides:
1. Interesting and exiting picture - Elbrus from the Space!
If you are interested - we can send you the same photo with the points on the picture.

3. North - I name this route "Narzan", as before climbing we visit and have a great rest at the glade Jilisu with mineral water springs.
Only very very strong man can give up taking a Narzan bath and start climbing this cold hard icy summit...
Narzan bath as
jacuzzi
How to climb after that?

North hut, 3700m
North slope of Elbrus -

4. East - so-called Achkoriakosky Lava Flow through East Crater of Elbrus.
Nice route, not so popular amonst alpinists, so less people, virgin nature, nice views!
View of East route from Irikchat pass (3800m) with some points
Camp on Zamok (Castle) campsite, appr 3800m, beginning of Lava flow
Camp in the East crater
of Elbrus (appr 4800m)
Camp on East side, over
crater, near top
(appr 5250m)
5. Elbrus is simple technically summit.
All three routes (South, North, East) are easy.
BUT - and you must remember and keep in mind always - IT IS NOT SIMPLE MOUNT! AND IT HAS HUGE AMOUNT OF SURPISES FOR ALL CLIMBERS.
BE CAREFUL AND ATTENTIVE
I am happy - I am
alive! just arm and foot broken...
After climbing Elbrus
Morning was so nice! Descent after
Summit at noon. Use GPS!
6. And last but not least!
I am happy that had possibility to sleep on the Summit! it was really great!
Last steps to the Top of Europe!
AND PRESENT FOR ALL WHO HAVE NOT BEEN ON ELBRUS!
ADMIRABLE, GLORIOUS, HEAVENLY, LOVELY, MAGNIFICENT, SPLENDID, MAGIC, GORGEOUS
